❋ All retreat communication will be sent via email. You can expect: A confirmation email once your deposit is received A welcome email with packing tips and travel details A detailed finalized schedule and shoot breakdown closer to the retreat date. ❋  Housing is included in your retreat investment and will be at a shared lake house near all shoot locations. Most rooms are shared (2 people per room), with very limited private rooms available for an additional fee. Room assignments are finalized after registration closes, and roommate matching is available if you’re attending solo.

❋  All meals except Lunch on day 2 will be provided, in the registration form if you have dietary restrictions there is a place to write those down. I myself am GF/DF so you no, the allergy options aren't just some salad.

❋ All styled shoots will be organized in small, rotating groups to ensure everyone has space to create, direct, and capture content without feeling rushed or crowded. Group size is intentionally kept small to support creativity, collaboration, and a better overall experience for both photographers and videographers.

❋ Payment plans are available! Retainer is one third of the retreat cost ($300) which is non refundable. The rest of the payment is due by July 4th, 2026. Cancellations allowed up through June 20, 2026. You can transfer your ticket, by reaching out to me first.
